How Adrian forged his path…
Adrian served more than 14years in military service. In 2001, whilst still in military service, Adrian discovered his purpose in Organisation Development and Coaching. It became clear that is what he wanted to do and what came most naturally to him – to enable individuals, groups and organisations become more effective. In transition to private sector, he founded ODCoach. He entered the corporate world and served as a specialist internal organisation development consultant – gaining valuable experience. Thereafter, he has worked on multiple projects across sectors in executive coaching, organisation development and change over the years. Adrian is registered Industrial/Organisational Psychologist. He is an organisation development, change and leadership consultant; and executive coaching psychologist.
